Tipping just tells you who a person is. I was a carpet cleaner for 8 years, and we got tipped fairly regularly. It was like twice a week maybe 3-4 time. Typically 10 bucks each, and they'd tell us to go get some lunch. Which was always a blessing. But we did 5-6 jobs a day. So you just typically didn't expect it. Which made it much more satisfying. The rich never tip. I've had maybe 2 wealthy people ever who tipped. One was Todd, and he was awesome. Idk if there was a second one, but I was being generous. It's mostly a middle class thing. Granted I have had some section 8 folks toss me a 5. So no diss towards them. Doesn't matter I work in Texas, my favorite tip is some ice cold water. Which I can normally just ask for.

I just watched the tipping part and I totally agree with Nikko. Nobody give me tipps for doing my job, I get my salary. that's it! so why do I have to tipp other people to do their job? I understand that some people rely on tipps to make ends means but they shoudn't have to. They should have a good salary. I hate it and it's common to do it in my country 🤬

I don’t agree with you in the slightest. He probably works for DoorDash or Instacart or some deliver service like that, and so they don’t get a salary, they get paid by getting tips and not receiving a tip for that is very rude and unacceptable. Shame on the Customer

To make the job worth it they rely on tips. Someone would pick up an order with no tip hoping they would get a cash tip upon delivery. Without the tip it wouldn't make it worth their time plus wear and tear on their vehicle. I used to deliver pizza back in the 90s. I would put 100+ miles on my car a day. Tires wear faster, oil changes come faster, and brakes wear out. Insurance is more if you use your vehicle for work. I didn't get paid much more than a waiter plus I used my car. If you don't want to tip go pick up your own stuff. I don't like to tip so I go to the store, and pick up my own shit. I understand the guy, but I wouldn't even have picked up that bitch's order. It's like you're an independent contractor, you got to go where the money is, and leave those entitled bitches with their asses out.
