You know what would be great for trains? Wireless charging. If they had a bit of track that could charge the train while stationary, you wouldn't even need to dismantle it

I've seen a couple of videos where people modified some Power Functions packs to connect to charging coils, so it's definitely possible. The hard part generally seems to be getting the coil lined up over the charging pad, but that's a solvable problem.

@@TiesonTrowbridge Yeah I have seen those too, they are pretty cool. it could be solved with magnets lingin up the train or have the entire underside covered in coils but it's also about cost I guess

@@CPPRODUCTIONS1001 Yeah. And having a Dremel lying around. :D. There *is* a company called BuWizz that sells a rechargeable Power Functions pack, so it's not like LEGO doesn't have a proof-of-concept that it's completely possible to have better power options for the RC trains.

All coming together very nicely and love the placement of the Harry Potter MOC. Also just a thought but that lightsaber would look cool if you could attach it to the Darth vader picture as a 3d kinda pop out feature. Not sure if that would be possible tho.

Idea, put the burrow on tiles and put it at a 45 degree angle in the corner. It would look great! but downside less flexibility if you want to move it again

Lego did a rechargeable battery box for power functions, I have it in my high speed train so I only have to lift up the plate with the power tile and plug in an AC adapter to charge it. Unfortunately they haven't made that for powered up.

The train set i had as a kid had a powered rail or track. Then there was a control box to control the speed. It was really neat. The battery box just seems like a terrible concept.

While I feel it should be easier to change batteries I would hate for Lego to do built in batteries. Batteries degrade over time and currently you can just swap those out rather than have to buy an entire motor which is what would probably happen if Lego were to do built in batteries. Another question is most of your trains are double length… so more weight and strain on the motor which may be draining batteries faster… unless your using two motors per train?

So you have a small slice of wall next to the Batman shelves in between it and the art. Just curious could the lightsaber fit there? Then you wouldn’t have to move it anymore and it would have a permanent home so it wouldn’t have to be moved again. It may be too small but you never know it could fit
