Couldn’t you take the Haunted Manor off it’s baseplate to give it a smaller footprint and then custom build the yard and fence to fit the area?

The haunted manor looks like an old, gothic church style house .I found like it in the residential area, on that last corner you showed us. And adding more grass to the side. You can always add a back, later, if you feel it needs it.

Looks very good to me! But the sidewalk on the left just doesn´t seem right. It would also look much better if there is a building that fits in perfectly behind it. This was the best sulution in my opinion tho.

Near the graveyard in the residencial area was perfect! I mean 999 ghost and stuff, I an imagine a manor on the neighborhood that is lime the perfect place for Halloween etc.

If the ruined house ends up winning it would look great right behind the haunted manor. If not then maybe put the cemetery back there so it's not taking up a great view for another set

I think there’s no perfect placement but where you have it makes sense. Maybe you should modify the build to cut out the jutting courtyard or construct a refuge island to steer motorists around it

You could just build up a removable wall to block the open back and then that wouldn't be an issue.

If you ever need a great half baseplate modular - I just finished the rebrickable of the Toy Store - it takes three of the toy stores (31105) with a few other parts and then a lot left over - but looks incredible in the end. I have it next to Assembly Square and it doesn't look out of place.

You.can.put the graveyard in.between the the apartments and haunted mansion so you could have space on the residential area and the graveyard will be part of the amusement park as a train attraction

Bricksie can't you just make a false facade wall for the hunted house, then you still have the playability and you don't have to modify the set. Also, put it up on a small Lego hill and make it Burn's Manor.

I think you should put the costume shop and the manor together, back to back on the other side of the table in the amusement park, in the places of the tower drop and tan building, then move the towers back to face the tracks, kinda create a corner of buildins between teh roller coaster and disney catle to fill in the space. Then in januay theres gonnna be a modular hotel that you can put where the costume shop is now. The disney stuff should go in the amusement park, also the costume shop is too vibrant fot the city core to me, kinda stands out.

I think you should build up a "hill" and put it on that hill. That way its separated from the perfect road and surrounding buildings...Just a thought

Dude, you probably won't read this anyway but here goes. You are wasting so much space. Get rid of the farm it's pointless. If you want to keep it, it needs to be way bigger to serve a purpose. Not just a token gesture. Make the beach smaller. It takes up way to much space. Now for the haunted manor. Meh build. If you want to keep I would put it where the farm is. This is just my humble opinion after one or two frosty beverages.😀👍
