No.1 they WILL work No.2 when you start using stuff like this i don't class it as fishing , the art is lost .. No.3 too expensive , go on to Ali express ,half the price .. No.4 better for pike IMHO,👍🏻
@christopherbishop50143 ай бұрын
Make sure you rinse it with fresh water after you use it in salt water . I made a mistake and put them away straight after fishing and the prop motor was rusted solid . Even put a touch of wd40 on it when you put it away

Did make me chuckle watching this, but Bass are never truly predictable so you never know, I've had takes from a stationary lure transition to trolling so I wd use one on an exceptionally lazy day from a kayak, over some reef or similar feature but not deep enough to snag! Lol, great video Matt.
@SaltwaterAngler5 жыл бұрын
Cheers Simon. Do occasionally get them on un retrieved surface lures I supose
@damianowens50665 жыл бұрын
I saw these on Ali Express I can't remember the price but I don't think they were that expensive? I really can't see them working because everytime they stop the bass would be able to have a good look at them and probably laugh there fins off 😂🤣 The is a cast and retrieve mackerel one very similar for about £4 on Ali Express which I have bought just to give it a go? On the little video's they sometimes do to promote their products it actually looks and very realistic but I'm not holding my breath! You never know though I could work?

Thanks Damian I thought about the pause part of thier action, maybe competitive hunting bass are needed rather than fussy ones. Good stuff and its a bit of fun , ill give it another go if this water clears

Fascinating video Matt - that's definitely something a little different! Personally I wouldn't buy it - I'd fear it was a bit too expensive to lose if it got tangled in weed or rocks, but interesting to see anyway! Tight lines!

Brilliant! I guess there's a line where the joy and skill of angling stops and technology takes over. Let's keep it reel!! However that mini sub might just work! Aim torpeds and Fire!

Sorry to tell you this but only £19 on Ali Express! If it's on Ebay or Amazon check Ali Express before you buy anything because they are usually a lot cheaper
@trampster73065 жыл бұрын
True, but beware of added VAT, import duties, and the dreaded Royal Mail £8 handling fee, if it arrives via them. I bought a nice pair of shoes from AliExpress for £29, and had to pay another £13 in duty & handling fees before Roayal Mail would deliver them!
