@@SomeFuckerTookMyName Finally someone else who thinks Simon doesn't get enough credit and gets too much shit that's way undeserved. I can totally agree with that. Simon is way underestimated, everyone else is just really bad at giving directions most of the time. If someone could properly explain certain functions in games or just look at his key bindings and help him straighten anything out he doesn't know how to do himself and teach him, he'd be at their level and probably past that in no time. He also doesn't have any self confidence but he's better than he gives himself credit for.

To be honest, programming game physics has taught me it's really hard to make objects move exactly how they should, so to be honest him having the right idea says a lot, it's really hard to predict in game movements in a first try

I love these machine games! My life's aspiration when I was in high school was to be a mechanical engineer. Never made it because life had different ideas but still enjoy mechanical engineering games like this! If they are not building these bases to fail on purpose strictly for entertainment value. That would mean that these bases were just poorly constructed because the creators are incompetent. I was playing that on MS-DOS on my first PC with Win 3.1 or maybe Win 98 at most lol. They didn't make this one but the original creators did make Contraption Maker that is available on Steam now ^_^
