I used to repo. From as small as a laptop to a whole Mail Boxes ETC store. As a 15-year veteran of repo I know for a fact you don't have to say s*** all you have to do is pull up get the vehicle once you have the vehicle you have legal possession doesn't matter if you have the keys or not a key copy is cheaper than the vehicle load it and go f*** everything else I've heard every story in the world and it doesn't matter we have a job to do and that's all that matters and technically by law you can't give the customer a ride because your license and insurance company won't approve it

But my last repo was the one I stopped that gig over.. it took me two months to get this Cadi from a Crazy bastard.. long story short I got the car and just as I made the corner when BOOM BOOM BOOM my back glass blew out and there was a hole in the windshield just under the rear view mirror... He got 20 years plus another 20 because of all the other charges.. long list.. that's a rough job no shit about it...
