Wow, that is a long to do list which is kind of similar to what I do once a week when I set a side a day for cleaning my home. Sometimes I do bite of more than I can chew and have to remind myself that it is ok if I don’t get it all done. The increases in virus patients have me on edge and wondering what this winter will bring. I'm just so tired of having so little control of my own life. When my son was a newborn, my husband would sneak out after dark in his underwear to turn off the sprinkler and never got caught. One night after nursing the baby I could hear the sprinkler and hubs was asleep so in my nursing bra with a baby blanket held over my chest I tip toed out to turn of the water..........and then I hear my neighbor across the street holler "Hi there!" Single (& live alone) with my 2 kitty gals in South Australia here. You are right about comparisons (i was comparing my much emptier fridge to your well stocked, ready for anything family fridge). 😃 I know that my family could not care less about how messy my house is, but I will still clean & tidy before they come. I've been doing intermitten fasting for over 4 months and lost big nothing:(( but I'm sticking with it hopefully at some point itll start shifting x I've started running too x maybe you can do a video about what you eat during your eating window xxx
