So cool you got to film with Nina! She always seems to have the best energy and attitude. Also, I love seeing Felix in the back ground (would be awesome to see him climb too, maybe being filmed isn't his thing, that's cool too)...he is quietly there, but such a badass.

damn, i'll never stop being impressed by kilter boards, what a cool concept!! do you have any tips on how to do spotting properly? i rarely see it done at the climbing gym i go to and i don't want to accidently hurt myself or the person i'm trying to spot
@pecaaans6 жыл бұрын
All you're trying to do is stop their head from hitting and make sure they land on the mat. Most of the time you don't need to spot in a gym.
@tsukishina6 жыл бұрын
got it, i think i can manage that!! we got new mats recently which are still super hard, especially when you fall from the top so we wanna get more into spotting, at least until the mats are a bit more worn-in :)

What was the logic of no small crimps or really narrow pinches??
@KilterClimbingGrips6 жыл бұрын
Jack1999 there are both, this is a test version of the board and we’re still adding and switching out holds, and both those hold types are addressed.
@Jsoccer19996 жыл бұрын
KilterClimbingGrips ah I see thank you. How many of those holds are jugs? Like how much will the board try to cater to beginner climbers as opposed to hard core ones? I found that the new moon board tried to cater too much to newer climbers and lost a lot of value to medium to harder climbers
@KilterClimbingGrips6 жыл бұрын
We have two different layouts, one is medium difficulty and one is hard. We may also do a pro board or project board for the hard-hard only, but that will be in the future. Every gym should get a Medium and a Hard board and then can serve the needs of the widest customer base.
