@ANM21985 what MOST spergs Don't realize is that 90% of THIS is achievable WITHOUT surgery. This guy ALREADY had good eye area and DECENT MIDFACE harmony. He could've changed the hairstyle (which he probably did under the hat),styled the mustache (again he did),styled the stubble(did), and he'd look almost 90% the EXACT SAME way he does on the right picture. He'd be a solid 7/10(like me🧔🏾‍♂️) WITHOUT the jaw implants tbh😒😒😒💯💯💯🧔🏾‍♂️

Transformations deffinitely work, mewing works, losing bodyfat works, taking supplements and stretching/sprinting + drinking natural milk does help increase height by at least a bit if you do it before 19. Don't feel down buddies, it's possible.

@@FuckOuttaHere personally i never tried it before i led the crappiest lifestyle with a crappy regime and diet, went late to bed, ate junkfood, didn't work out, was essentially folded in half playing computer games, yet i grew to 6'7, with broad shoulders, decent muscle mass and low bodyfat, and mewed my whole life without knowing, so i guess it is all in genetics, but you can still try to live easier with less stress, its always worth a try
