Inside watch "negative" contact connected to case via metal tape, and it lose, so when you connect 2 pebble together you give normal negative contact and charging start.

How to find a charger in srilanka

My pebble steel battery is i can used it for about 2-3 days. Isn't that normal?

check out iFixIt for a guide. But all you need to do is replace the battery. Lithium ion depletes over time due to normal use or heat exposure, so thats normal.

It's like a magic but most probably you are right about the grounding issue. I guess you used same charging station in your video for both watches, right ? Maybe ground connector on broken watch had a bad or lose connection inside the watch. The common 'ground' of the charger was then shared via the steel body. Maybe..just a quess Would the same magic happen if Pebbles are connected to different changers ?

yup. I got a pebble Time Steel now. but both are still working except they suffer from the screen tearing issue..

Have you tried taking out the charge cable from the broken one and just putting it on the working watch to see if it'll charge?
@HVG679 жыл бұрын
+Tyrexl050 Yup. Nothing wrong with either cables ;-) Most likely its a weird grounding issue. Unfortunately the watch is not designed to be opened....

@@HVG67 Well then my perfectly working pebble must be special since ive already opened it like 3 times to fix the screen issue (connector doesnt contact as well needs more presure).

I actually had this exact problem with my Pebble steel, and Pebble basically said "too bad." Have you found any other way to charge the watch? Is it still working to charge this way?
@HVG678 жыл бұрын
+Jay Dyck Yeah crazy stuff: it still works that way. Also, for a short period it did randomly charge again just using the cable. However, both watches are now experiencing other issues with garbled screens and such..

If it is indeed a grounding issue why don't you try touching the watch to something else that is grounded. For instance if you have a computer tower and you open up its case touch the watch to metal on the inside, obviously be careful what you're touching do not put it against any circuit board..
