Really tired of these comments. If this wasnt a joke that would be a terrible customer service... he said he will give them a negative review which he should because they were total assholes. And since he needs to pay 27 000 (or whatever the number was) it always good to try different options. Since he has youtube its only logical to thank them in a youtube video for doing it for free and at the same time advertise them a little bit. I think he handled it pretty well. He wasnt even swearing on the other guy when he was calling him stupid.. he wasnt wasting time with arguing. Of course it was just a big joke so it doesnt really matter. But I thought he sounded like a nice guy. Compare this reaction to other video on this channel where everybody just rages... ;)

If the camera costs that much to fix, a youtube video isn't going to cut it. It's not as if his channel subscribers are in the market for expensive high-speed cameras, anyway, they have little to gain from letting him off for free. Expensive things are expensive to maintain. Your profession or station in life isn't going to change that - the people offering the services are business people, too.
