@@marcp3791 No, a lot of SovCits are NOT fairly successful. Just because YOU know one person who may have been successful at some point doesn't prove that "a lot" of them are successful. They typically get in trouble with the law and think that they have found some magic loophole in the law that would keep them out of jail. And 99% of these SovCits on these bodycam videos and in these court hearing are jobless losers because a person with a job would not have the time or energy to deal with this nonsense.

he was sitting there in court listening, what makes you think he didn't understand? It is beautiful that this idiot's idiot tactics have now elevated a traffic matter to a false identification felony. The defendant is going to meet the low standard for competency, and will have an absolute right to defend himself, and a right to a trial by jury. The guy is running the insidious playback perfectly, which is, remain polite, reject offers of state appointed attorneys, respond to all questions with questions shrouded in legal gibberish, make gibberish legal motions and demands, all in hopes that court realizes it has bigger fish to fry and dismisses the charges out of sheer frustration.

They basically have to be. As insane as these people seem to be, they will latch on to any loophole or mistreatment they can find and use that as leverage. If the judge calls them "crazy" then they may be able to have the case thrown out because "the judge is obviously biased and giving out medical diagnoses that he has no authority to give." Exactly. Dropping charges on SovCits is the worst idea ever. It emboldens them and makes them say "They dropped the charge, therefore that means I was 100% correct". Charge them, and hopefully convict them of everything you can, even if it doesn't add time to the sentence.

Trying to make a philosophical argument in a court of law, is almost as funny as trying to argue the semantics of legal jargon with a judge. The law offices of Dunning, Kruger and McGoo in action. Insisting on a jury trial then arguing with the judge that he will be the only one whose time is wasted, just goes to show how detached from reality this nut is. When we were kids in Jr High, me and some friends decided to secede from the rest of the country and form The Nation of Bizarrium. I mean, we knew it was funny BS then, but this guy actually thinks he found a loophole for the law. LOL

Judge Middleton made ONE mistake. And it's very common. There's no "r". It's just "Borogove" not "Borogrove". It often happens that people insert an "r" into the word. I'd speculate that this is due to "grove" having a more normal feel to English speakers, as it is a real word. But "gove" sounds quite wrong. As was the intention.

The principle that the defendant is simple. The execution is poor. If the people gave the rules and limits of power to the government they created, how can the ppl who created it be subordinate to it? Saying the 14th Amendment would be incorrect, its a product of the government the ppl created. There technically is no way for the object created by the ppl gains jurisdiction over them. All the reasons you would use are subordinate to the initial bestower of the rules.
