I can't feel sympathetic for at least half of these riders. They are constantly trying to find small driving infractions to get mad at whilst speeding in and out of traffic and in between lanes only inches away from both cars in order to pass them. It's bonkers. The few who legitimately get hit and who are at no fault are always the riders who are respectful and understand that these things happen. Imagine that.

Especially when the rider is filtering the lane when all the cars are stopped and they are making a turn. I even see some of them (not necessarily in this specific video) using their turn signal and the rider freaks out at them. I don't think Filtering or lane splitting should be legal. They should have to just wait behind the cars like every other motor vehicle.

There are rules about lane splitting speeds. They are only allowed to go 10 mph over regular traffic. And you are supposed to avoid lane splitting at speeds over 30 mph.
