Renault Kangoo review, who would have thought it! Un-undoubtedly great little vans, this modified Renault Kangoo certainly stands out from the crowd! Formerly running a 1.7 DCi diesel engine this Renault Kangoo van is now running a Renault Megane 225 turbo motor! Now a 2.0 turbo with 225 HP (in stock form) this Renault Kangoo, named the Megangoo, literally rips! At under a tonne the power to weight ratio is super strong! Dave used 3 different vehicles to build this creation including a Renault Clio 172, a Renault Megane 225 turbo and a Renault Kangoo panel van. What he has created is something really quite special, deffo a proper sleeper! Includes Renault accelerations, exhaust noises, engines sounds, a nice lad called Dave and a chap called Monky. I kno you mentioned having to move the servo pipes to get clearance for the downpipes off the turbo but what other mids had to be done in order to get the engine into the bay, you say you kept the original gearbox but swapped the sump to gain clearance for the bottom gearbox to be mounted but fitting wise which engine mount brackets did you use the Megan or kangoo and did the mounts fit the engine bays original points or was there some repositioning and fetling done to accommodate the engine swap??

Our local Renault breaker/specialist built one of these over 2 years back using same engine. They use it as a parts delivery van.
