Hey guys! My name is Corey, I buy storage units at auction just like the famous TV shows! Though this is the real stuff behind it not all the glitz and glamour of TV! Also will be just my normal daily life! I've personally been in the business for 7+ years started when I was 15 years old still in high school! I've also had my own LLC since I was 17 years old. So I hope everyone enjoys and don't forget to subscribe!

One other idea you may want to consider is the fact that you are throwing a way paper work that may or not have personal info that others can steal as ids, names, address, ss#. Check with the storage business to see if can bring personal paperwork back, or collect in a big box and take to be destroyed.
@StorageUnitHunter

I normally check and take back important paperwork. Things that I may miss go to the landfill. People could get ahold of it but unlikely, will try and look better. Thank you!

If you save just the DVD then pull the paper cover out of the plastic to use if you find an empty clam shell plastic holder. Makes it look like better for the sale.

Clothes, VHS tapes or other things can be donated to places that need them. Trashing them is such a mistake. There are people out there that are struggling to buy clothes to put on their back. You have some fine China plates there and probably 14 karat gold rim crystal glass possibly. You know what what you want to save or keep since you've been in the business. I guess you can get lucky at times. Hope you're making a good profit from it all. Looks like hard work. Now you have to sell it all and that takes some doing. Thanks for sharing your time to show us.

If you set all the things aside that you don't want then you could donate it to a shelter, Goodwill or Salvation Army or even Habitat for Humanity. They will come pick up the boxes of unwanted items and you will get a tax right off for the donation. It would be a win win for everyone. Enjoyed your video.

You should be donating those glasses to a homeless shelter, or habitat for humanity or some other charity that helps formerly homeless families get housing and get back on their feet. I hate it when good usable things like that are thrown away just because someone does not want to bother. If they were broken or chipped, I understand, but not perfectly good glassware, etc.

I found myself getting very angry watching your video when you put a black garbage bag in the bin and then proceeded to throw lots of plastic bags and paper items into the bin, have you never heard of recycling especially the the plastic bags that often end up in the ocean that breaks down into tiny pieces and is eaten by small fish then bigger fish and birds until those animals starve because they now have all this plastic in their system but before that happens when it’s still fairly large pieces turtles eat them thinking they are jelly fish then they also starve because they cannot digest the bags.

Corey Woods hello Corey what I’m mostly concerned about is the plastic bags and I was wondering do you not have a recycling depot where they could go instead of the landfill as it would be much better for the environment and the paper products really should be recycled as well as this would also help to save the forests 🌳... I’m not really angry with you or others who make their living buying storage to resell it’s just I’m from British Columbia , Canada 🇨🇦 and here we have to recycle pretty much everything , paper , books , plastic , plastic bags , glass bottles , batteries , electronics , cardboard of all types , lawn cuttings, food waste from the kitchen. , so as you can see I’m used to the recycling system that we have now there are a few things that are not recyclable such mirrors, drinking glasses because they are made from a different type of glass , porcelain cups and saucers teapots, and a few other odds and ends but for the most part we have to recycle ♻️ everything that is recyclable..
