CRAZY WOOD FIRE CHICKEN, GOAT & PORK JAMAICA!! Manish Wata!!

In Jamaica, we call this a Cook Out. This is usually done on a weekend, a holiday, a celebration or just getting together with a group of people to just cook, drink and enjoy each others company. The food is normally prepared over wood or coal fire as there would be more food than the regular amount, and it would take more time and gas to complete.
I am in a district in Clarendon called Mitchell Town, we'll be cooking ICE stew pork, curry goat, fried chicken, Manish water (goat soup) and rice and peas.

I was in Jamaica last year and trust me, you can eat like a pig and not get fat because of the food and the environment. After I went back home to Canada the weight came back on. Food has preservatives, sugar and salts processed foods.

@@Bladillac yup true I was in Jamaica last year (June) and I was eating everything in sight Mangos, Curry Goat and I felt great. The food is natural with no whole heap of sugars and salts. I had no pain loves it
