Holy Moses, the course designer overhaul alone is nuts. In terms of content, 2K always brings the smoke. This makes the game one of the most comprehensive golf sims out there and the creator means that people will be creating mind-blowing courses that will rival the best of the best. Replayability will be limitless. Can't wait to get this game.

If HB Studios is reading: It would be fantastic if we could allow for different course SET-UPs for 4-day tournaments. So in addition to having the ability to place four different PIN positions down on each green (which, thankfully, we already have), also being able to move the championship/tournament tees around (for varying hole lengths/distances AND angles of tee shots) would be absolutely amazing! By the way, THANK YOU for allowing for various widths of tee marker placement. Been thinking for years this is needed, as it goes on all the time IRL. From a real life player and greenkeeper, thank you!

Especially as a console designer, my two biggest hopes are: 1) Speed planting - a tool that randomises the rotation+height+size of a bush/tree, perhaps within certain slider limits, so I can focus on placement and tap away the X button, without have to simultaneously hold the scale up/down button and the rotation button. This gives areas of bush/tree a more natural feel rather than seeing 100 photocopies of the same asset. 2) If we no longer have to cater for old gen, I'm hoping the object and memory limits have significantly increased. Being able to use the brush or spline tool for grasses and bushes was great (as it does what my point #1 was saying about giving growth that "random" feel) but the impact on mem+objects meant you could use those tools to craft about 4 holes with high realism before you had to stop - and the only way around that was to manually place 16,000 individual grass assets

Hey man! First off, thanks for checking it out for us! Really excited! Got a couple of questions though: - Did we get more props / different houses and stuff? - Can we finally add flags to our course (meaning: flags from countries or custom flags that one puts next to the clubhouse)? - Also goes for, can we create custom hole flags with logo's? - Did they add something like course "sounds"? Like if you were to make a city course you could add city noise? Maybe also in a brush variant? Thanks again man! 😁👍

Hi Canuck, i know i give you a tough time, but I did feel a lot let down on how much patching 2k23 needed on launch. I love the designer and wondered if now the out of plot texture now matches your heavy rough chosen texture as on a lot of the themes in 2k23 it really limited the choice od textures you could use so it did not show a huge in plot out of plot colour scheme difference?

Amazing changes, they've done a ton of work and listened to fans. But I'm still a little disappointed that we can't add a third layer of rough, or say adjust the properties of the light and heavy rough we get. Rough at the US Open should have an entirely different lie range penalty than that on a typical TPC course, for example. Other than that, boy did they deliver. And the new EvoSwing is exactly the fix I wanted - it's superb. Add the new drop system, new replays, better visuals... it's a massive win.

I loved to do this in The Golf Club games, it felt like a new random discovery each day, 'was amazing ! - I dont understand why golf games are so visually "poor" : when the modern technology allows devs to create incredible landscapes like idk Horizon game, why is it so difficult to create a tru new gen looking golf game which is way more simple in terms of content (grass, several trees, bunkers, ponds and couple of buildings)... ?
