"Non-Zero-Sum" is a progressive metal rendition of "Hannah" from CrazyEightyEight's debut album 'Burning Alive' created by Drewsif. The new LP 'Columbarium' features 2 new singles, 6 alternate versions and 12 instrumentals. This moment marks a major shift in how CrazyEightyEight will pace future releases, with 'Covers, Vol. 3' to drop in early 2025 and pre-production currently underway for the next full-length album. 'Columbarium' will be fully available on December 14th, 2024!

I could not disagree more. First, you have to imagine this more along the lines of a remix than a new song. It's a song that already existed rearranged with different instrumentals and mixing. It honestly blows my mind at how much it is transformed from the original. Secondly, if you imagine it in the context of the movie it is referencing (Arrival), there is a beauty in the chaos. Spoilers for the movie, but Louise knows that Hannah will die from an incurable disease and cause their relationship to crumble. She has to live knowing this devastating information and make the most of the moments she has in the interim.
