Happy Thanksgiving! We are BACK. It’s been six years since we released our last album. You would expect fan enthusiasm for any project like this one to have drastically fizzled out by now - But, as the three of us have witnessed, that just hasn’t been the case. This November we’re most thankful for the listeners who never left our side, and we’re finally ready to give you something totally new. This moment marks a major shift in how we’re pacing our releases. You can expect Covers, Vol. 3 to drop in early 2025, and we’ve already started pre-production on the next full-length album. But on December 14th, the sixth anniversary of 'Burning Alive', be ready to experience 'Columbarium', a unique deluxe album featuring... TWO NEW SINGLES: 1. Nightwalker 2. House of Blue Leaves SIX NEW VERSION: 3. Tommy’s Planet 4. Emerald Green (“I Am Tetsuo” reimagined by ‪Whale Bones) 5. Non-Zero-Sum (“Hannah” prog-metal rendition w/ ‪Drewsif‬) 6. Sankara (“Fortune & Glory, Kid” emo rendition w/ Canadian Softball) 7. Tannhäuser Gate (“Tears In Rain” orchestral by ‪Milen Petzelt-Sorace‬) 8. Hyperbox (“Shinebox” hyperpop remix by Glitch Gum‬) These eight tracks will be accompanied by 12 instrumentals from 'Burning Alive'. Our intent was to produce the new singles for a deluxe edition in the spring of 2020. Plane tickets for that studio venture were (obviously) canceled, and the next two years of isolation ushered in significant life changes for Lauren, Jarrod, and Patty. And with those changes, momentum was lost. Fortunately, years of production hell forced this album to evolve into something more fun. Going straight into LP2 didn’t seem right since 'Burning Alive' never got the send-off it deserved, but now we get to do it alongside some friends we’ve made along the way. We really, really like the two new songs. Both sound much different than the original ideas from 2019, but will aid in transitioning your ears into 2025. We’ve locked down a reliable production workflow that should protect us from another unintentional hiatus. Anyway, we’re stoked. Thanks for sticking with us! - Lauren, Jarrod & Patty
