Great video. Sometimes it's just fun to watch a bobber. If u truly want big fish consistent in florida we use shiners. Guides make a living because of one thing. Giant golden shiner
@NormGfishing2 жыл бұрын
Jeffrey, you are so right. Shiners will definitely catch the big ones 👍

Enjoy your videos,also love fishing in your area! Always wondered how do you know when there will be water moved thru your lakes always heard how amazing the fishing is at the spillway in stickmarsh when water is moving!

Tony, great question. Usually after a few days of heavy rain, the spillways are usually opened. But it is really a hit or miss. Thanks for the post.

there were other great lakes there, but the fwc is killing them off one by one with the spraying. its sad... headwaters is great because look at all of the hydrilla! there killing it all in the other lakes.. its a crime..

no need to set the hook the way you did, just start reeling and it will set it self. but then you know that.

Great video. Fished there last April with a guide. First rule, don't yank the rod, just a nice steady, firm sweep of the rod and reel it in. Hope to get back there in the nest few weeks.
