I'm have a 2018 and never knew about the small button in the tailgate to lock all of the car doors! I have spent 6 years closing the tailgate then walking back to the door to lock it since my fob is always in my purse. Thanks! Im an Express Tech for Honda and I love the Cr-V. All the other Guys I work with love Hondas for racing, I love Hondas for Family. Ill be made fun of for buying a soccer Mom car but I dont care. The Cr-V is my favorite car to service no matter the year. The only thing I dont like about Honda is the lag when you click something on the screen, like you click something and it doesnt load up right that second, it feels like im using an android, but I still love it, I use android btw.

Hey Chris I have a Honda HRV AWD EX but on my screen I can’t find the vehicle location to do that with my door. Also where is the trunk button on these car. When I press it on my keys it never opens my trunk.

The CRV and HRV are different models with different standards features. The truck button on the fob allows you to unlock the rear hatch only without unlock the doors. Powered Tailgate features is on the CRV EXL and higher trims. Thank you for watching!

@@KnowTheNewOfficial the issue was occurring in really cold environments driving short distance then turn off the vehicle. I never had a customer experience it here in Iowa. Honda has correct the situation with the software update.

Does pressing the small button again unlock all the doors? If not, why not? What good is the key in the remote besides opening the remote and rolling up all the windows? Does nothing to help when remote battery is dead. What useful information, if any, is in the manual? I pulled out the manual to try to find something and manual never contains any information resulting in me having to google.

If the battery is dead in the fob or vehicle, you may use the key 🔑 inside the fob to unlock the driver door.

Hello bro I have a 2020 honda crv and for some reason the idle stop function stopped working before when I activated it when I reached a stop the engine turned off and when I stepped on the accelerator it turned on and now even if it is activated it does not do it some way restart the function or activate something or what can I do

The Idle-stop feature doesn't always engage when activated. For example if the cabin temp is not to temp setting, it will stay on. The same will happen if the engine is not to temp and etc. Thank you for watching

Quick question, does a 2019 CRV EX with the smart keyless entry have the wave the foot under the rear bumper to open tailgate option?? Or is that an option above the smart keyless entry?? I have the smart keyless entry, but waving my foot under the rear bumper does nothing but make me look very angry at my Honda.

I set the option to unlock all doors on the vehicle settings for driver one. However it still unlocks just the driver door only even though I am using the correct key fob for driver 1. Any help?
