1994 UWA Refectory with Bodyjar and Spiderbait. My first gig ever at the age of 13. I'm pretty sure Richie damaged my left ear by screaming as walked by the pa after crowd surfing. Shit happens. Caught them again last Saturday at the rosemount. I think there's a lot be learnt for young bands here.

Have been jamming with some friends and tried this song from memory - after some aborted attempts with tunings - with the miracle of modern communication tech, we 'tubed the vid and all fell into a big "best gigs ever" discussion instead. Again, thanks for the post, CrazyMary. Oh, we did eventually figure out the tuning and riffs - after a few more beers an' cones, etc ;-)

Thanks CrazyMary, this is great! Just stumbled across while looking up old bands I'd seen by keying in the band name from the old ticket stub! Loved Tumbleweed, a high water mark in oz rock.
