I am sure Shellie and Jared shows their appreciation to Mindy. I am sure Mindy appreciates to have the crazy middles as her employer. If her son is sick, or she needs to take him on a field trip or a doctor appointment she has the freedom with out the fear of being written up or terminated. They are a close family, so I am sure this is beneficial for everyone. Mindy didn't have to agree to watch the children while they were gone, but you can SEE the love that is shared between Mindy and the children.

I've been re-watching all the Cheer Choice awards videos from both Keep It Crazy families, and this video is hands down the funniest. You can clearly see how different you guys are from the Crazy Pieces, who love traveling and getting 'glammed' and loving the spotlight. I love how you embrace your down to earth lifestyle, telling the story about how you avoided the red carpet last year..
