I love that Addison is learning to do Kason and Brinley’s hair. As a biracial person myself it can be hard to find people who know how to do my hair depending on where I live at the time. I think it is great that she is learning how to care for her siblings’ hair and that it’s just a normal thing for her to learn.

I do water aerobics twice a week .Our instructor is amazing. She interacts with you ,she memorizes everyone's name ,she calls out to you throughout the class & ask how you are doing.She doesn't care if we laugh and talk and have a good time that's what it's all about .She also pushes you to go farther but in a good way.She also play's gospel music read the scripture afterwards she prays for you she is so much fun she's like family and I absolutely love the class & her.

Love the hair cuts. It's so lovely that Addison wants to learn how to do Kasons hair. His hair has really grown lots. When you filmed this on Wednesday 15th we had lots of rain too where I live in the UK. Infact all its done since then is rain lol and its so cold with it. I've not been able to eat cucumber since I was 15 as am severely allergic to it. The water aerobic class sounded great. Hope you've not been too sore from it.

I love going to the water aerobic class at the Y. I used to go everyday, then covid hit. It's been harder to get back into it. I can't believe how much it lowered my blood pressure. I absolutely love Trey's haircut. I love how he lit up when he saw it. Kason looks really good with his hair in locs. Kudos to Addison for wanting to learn how to do Kason's hair. All the guys looked good with their haircuts 😊.

I have been the youngest in my water aerobics classes for 15 years and I am 60. I wish there were younger gals joiningm I had a great class years ago we would talk the whole time as a group. Many times the next day I would be sore and didn't remember working hard the previous day. Love it. Hope you, Mindy, Kylie and Jared continue with it.

When we were little (4 kids in the family) we used the upstairs living room strictly for playing things we shouldn't play in the house. :D We played soccer, handball, tag and several different mixes of all that, etc. Yeah, it was a mess, but it was as much of our home as it was our parents' so they gave up worrying about it after a while :D

I do "Water Aerobics" and "Aqua Jog" every week at our Community Indoor Pool. No! Sauna but new Hot Tub/Spa are in the works. Good workouts and gentle on your joints.

When my kids were growing up I always marinated the cucumbers in wine vinegar and some type of seasoning and they were soooo good! My kids loved them and was always asking for them. I used up the seasoning (it was a jar of something that was a mix of things) and I don't remember what it was called now so haven't had it in a long time! LOL The boys' haircuts all look so good! Darts tip- Mount a larger piece of plywood to the wall & then mount the dart board to the plywood. You can paint it the same color as the wall to be more aesthetically pleasing than just wood on a wall lol.

My son had the expander put in 6 months before he got his braces. Eating was not fun for a few days but he got use to it pretty fast. He got his braces put on last month and they took the expander out the same day which was a huge surprise. He said the braces definitely hurt more then the expander.

I’m a larger lady and I love aqua aerobics you won’t be sore after as your in the water and it doesn’t strain your muscles it’s the best way to get in shape if your really unfit xx
