I am doing 30-45minutes of knitting for each project. I am having 4-7 projects WIP. I don’t work on each project every day. It’s working out well. If I don’t finish in the current month, I probably will next month. I have four socks that I will finish this month.❤. I will finish a stuffy kitty. Five projects.

Smart. And when you have so many WIPs on the go, it can help with not getting repetitive strain, assuming your doing different weights and pattens or needle sizes.

My very first project when I was learning to knit was a pink baby alpaca hat for the cancer patients at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I think it would make a lovely cowl or small shawl.

Alpaca cotton blend is so interesting, I don’t think I’ve ever utilized a yarn with both fibers. The alpaca makes me want to say shawl, but I wonder if a little toddler size cardigan might be interesting too. Lovely color. What a generous gift ❤

New to youtube but definitely not new to knitting. I came your direction from Kevin and Rey from Needles At The Ready. After watching one episode I had to binge watch episodes 1-225. I knit many socks more than 20yrs ago while living overseas. Bought more than 150 skeins of sock yarn as prices were so reasonable. Then I stopped knitting socks after I moved back to Canada. lol. I went to California with my husband a few years ago and went to a small alpaca farm where they sell their own yarn. I think the colors would go beautifully with your alpaca yarn so I would use it to make a shawl with it I think. Probably one of my Expressionfiberarts patterns.
