As a Tennessee fan, I will say. Georgia is the team to beat this year. Will be interesting to see Georgia going into so many hostile environments this year and play some really good teams in those environments. I think Bama/UGA and Texas/UGA will have massive ratings. Georgia is my #2. Clemson is my #1. Definitely want to see both in the playoffs. Lou, you failed to acknowledge that Clemson is on a 5 game winning streak. Ran for over 200 in each of those wins. They hung 28 points on Kentucky in a quarter. Which nobody in the SEC managed last season. There's a quiet confidence in Tigertown. Look for something similar to the last match up. Georgia's starting defense is slightly better than Clemson's starting defense. Yet Clemson's 2 and 3 deep defense is the best in the country. Georgia likely wins a tough one. Clemson will cover.

I agree with this. I hate to say, but if we lose a game it’ll be ole miss only because it’ll be late season, but I know if we can stay healthy we can go undefeated. I’m very curious to see how this 12 team playoff pans out because we could theoretically go 12-0 in the regular, get the bye, and have an off game and lose in the quarter finals. I personally think the dawgs have a good enough team to win it all. The defense may not resemble 2021 or 2022, but the offense seems to have a lot more hype. I think the DAWGS have a very tuff schedule in front of them and I don’t see this changing in the future with the expansion of the SEC. I will admit it’s not something I wanted to happen however I must admit it’s going to make for some killer football and I think the DAWGS will be one of the top 5 teams to beat year in and year out for a long time to come.
