Keep in mind, if it wasnt for the NWA (which is where i live), Arkansas would be the poorest state in America. As a Tennessee fan I agree with you Lou and as for what you said you are right. I went to the Creed concert in Nashville back in late july. I bought my tickets off of live nation the tickets per person was 100 dollars each. Me, my brother, and my dad. in the pit or the GA which was 300, so I said hook me up I went to check out and I spent 300 to 500 dollars extra due to the fees and taxes. So it ended up costing almost 1k to go see Creed. Its already bad enough we as the people of the US have to deal with high taxes, high gas, high grocceries and etc.

Some of the less rich programs will have to cut some other sports out. TN is doing this in short so they can get ahead of it and have the money to pay the talent when revenue sharing starts next year with student athletes. This is a way to get ahead of that and avoid cutting any sports, while staying on NIL deal par with money for this talent. Remember when they said you will have a group of rich programs and than everyone else below as far as size and NIL advantage, well, TN is wants to be one of them. UGA, Bama and many others will follow.
