I just love how Morgan is only one who actually happy and enjoying being in the number. Everyone has death glare. They all look they are about to murder each other. Then there’s Morgan just singing, dancing, and actually smiling. Her smile feels real while everyone else’s feels very false. That’s best part of the comedy of the number. No except Morgan is actually happy here. Sabrina brought in essentially forced niceness with her magic and it didn’t bring any form of harmony or stop the arguing. The magic didn’t address the basic problem of no one actually liking each other. Sabrina brought in the almost forced politeness of these kinds of things and brought up to extreme with the twist of everyone saying what they really think. Since musical numbers by nature are used to tell the audience what the characters feel. The scene is really ingenuous the more you think about it.

I agree. Morgan loves attention.
@Skjdavidson-xi7ql2 ай бұрын
Because Morgan loves attention, but also because Elisa Donovan had a lot of fun on Sabrina. She still says great things about it and is still great friends with Melissa Joan Hart in real life.

I know many hate this stretch of the show, but I love it. Not the first half of this farewell season, mind you, but everything from Aaron's introduction onward. Sabrina is in such an extreme stubborn state of denial about him and you know sooner or later the wool will be removed from her eyes, she'll open them up. Anticipating her finally getting that much needed wake up call is worth it. And makes that finale much more satisfying than it otherwise would be. Besides, the last five episodes from this onward are some of my favourites, too. She amps up the denial in the opposite direction, insisting this is the man she'll spend the rest of his life with as opposed to being content to merely date this guy as before. And she was afraid of him when initially smitten. And Salem never failed us.

And then, after Sabrina built a room on his heart for Aaron, they both (plus Roxie and Morgan) go to lunch at Sabrina's house, they give a bite to the bread and... "Harmony, harmony, Gosh we're feeling swell - "I'll get you for this" (Sabrina to Salem, which means HE did it). That scene just kills me every time I see it 😂😂🤣🤣

@@chrispeplinski7306 It's too bad it wasn't Josh. But I'd rather see Sabrina ditch Aaron at the altar than Josh. I rewatched Season 6 recently. Josh's mom was nice and his dad was the jerk. The inverse of Aaron's parents.

I swear sabrina got so stupid on its latest seasons, it was like watching a show with no direction at all.
@KanadeLapis4 жыл бұрын
It got less good in season 5 sadly! a better writing decision would've been to not let go of Libby and make her Sabrina's roommate, they should also have never introduced Josh was was very unlikable, they should've kept Valerie aswell.
@KaiDecadence4 жыл бұрын
I'm so glad that other people noticed her character devolve. In the high school arc she was portrayed as a bright but occasionally self-conscious person which is what made her likeable and relatable. But then the college episodes happened and it's like all the development her character had over the course of it's 4 seasons was thrown out the window which really made her character more frustrating to watch.
@KaiDecadence4 жыл бұрын
@@KanadeLapis Agreed. I think that it would've been interesting if they kept Libby and had her be Sabrina's roommate. I liked Roxy in season 5 so I would keep her and Miles but Sabrina and Roxy could bond over trying to put up with Libby and maybe Libby could come around and be a better person. Essentially she could've become Morgan where she's not as antagonistic to Sabrina though still kinda cares about superficial things. I agree on Josh too. I get why he was included because it was fairly realistic for Sabrina but even with that, he was still not a likeable character, he was pretty obnoxious.

Because he is actually not affected by the spell. He is fully aware what's happening. Ever since he found out that Sabrina is a witch, he gained awareness of spells and so while spells didn't exactly stop working on him, he is now always aware when he is under a spell, unlike other mortals.
