I've seen several people use this machine who made it look better than your demo here, so I know it works. The bouncing reminds me of a "Kirby" vacuum cleaner moving backwards while vacuuming. It bounces uncontrollably so I would never own one. Maybe if you did another video and moved faster with the machine, it might not bounce. Bouncing during a demo is always bad. I think if you redo your video and make different carpet or rug choices and moved the unit faster, it might make a better marketing video. It might even look better if you closeups weren't so closeup. So far, you've killed my desire to pay so much for this machine. This is focused criticism. Overall, I thing you do a great service to the carpet cleaning industry. Keep up the good work. Incidentally, I have a longer history but definitely not the involvement that you have enjoyed and profited from. You are a credit to us all. Thanks for sharing all that you know and do.

Curious question for Cleaning only with this method or with bonnet and pad... If the floor your cleaning had contamination like throw up, poop, or urine.... would you be spreading it around if your not extracting it?

I saw a encap demo at my last IICRC class using this and the next day the carpet looked 200 times worse. No offence this is a neat machine but nobody in the class that day was sold on the encap process that day.

I've seen hot water extraction brown out a carpet almost recognizable with a truckmount. Technician, knowledge, chemistry and experience makes all the difference. Besides, what did you expect at a dated IICRC class?

Joshua Colantuono I've worked with a lot of techs who never liked this system low moisture, they said it never worked..blah blah, but I realized after working side by side w them it was tech error n not anything else. This system is just as good as a TM "IF" you know what ur doing. I've been doing this for 17 years now and every tech I've trained on this is amazed and become believers! So just remember that just cus people clean carpets doesn't mean they are pros! 😉

Mike Andrews Whitaker has a encap mainly used for commercial but also works for most Residential. Crystal Dry is the name.

Pre spray and a carpet rake and 15 mins Will do the same thing plus to much agitation will cause blooming 2 26 example of blooming where the machine its un twisting the knap causing wear on a cut pile carpet

You left out hardwood floors. Its very safe because it doesnt hit board edges like a 175, and it cleans with the grain, brush gets in between the boards where the dirt is. has to be a sealed floor though.

Can you identify the brushes most used (color) #1 on most residential carpets #2 on delicate carpets and #3 in-door out-door carpets (commercial)? For example with HOST brushes, I use 'white' on most, 'gold/white' on delicate or new carpets that still have that sheen look I don't want to rough up and 'black/white brushes for commercial or wasted dirty carpets.

Rob is probably busy to respond making money. If you don't mind , I'll bring some light to this matter. As you look at TMF CRB demonstration, there is lots of shaking going on. The main reason is that machine is not heavy enough , so claim that this product is one of the best, is unfounded. Let's take Brush Pro 17 or 20 as comparing product. The width and weight ( 47 lbs) will give you much better control and performance. They would literally glide on any surface ( carpet, tile&grout, laminate or hardwood flooring) and you are able to operate it with minimal effort.( no visible vibrations or shaking) As far as brushes, blue is for carpeting and laminate, hardwood flooring, gray is for a tile& grout. I use Brush Pro 20 every day and I'm giving it 2 thumbs up.

Hi Robert, I`m noticing the Rotovac attachments on the back wall. I have a brush attachment for my 360 but it seems way too aggressive for carpets. I`m thinking it`s for tile and grout. How do I find out for sure if it`s for tile or carpets?

I've what looks to be the same machine as in this video but an older model. I like it but I find in the UK the size can be over kill as we have small tiny gaps around beds and furniture so I often opt for my trusted sebo duo for agitation, though it's far inferior. My biggest issue though is that this crb chucks out so much fluff all over the place that I spend so much time after just picking up the crud. This is even after a good thorough vacuum. I could use the trays but they don't catch it all and reduce the amount of little carpet you can get to in the UK. I'll try find a photo I once took and post it

Is there anything that can agitate with two rotating brushes each spinning the opposite direction accumulating the dirt/water in the center to be vacuumed up as if it was a wand?so far the closed I seen is the Rotovac Bonzer but it doesn't have any brushes.

I am trying to get into the business but I don't want to purchase any items that wont make my job easier and or provide outstanding outcomes in the services provided. So far I have been looking all over online for products that appear to do so. What do you guys think about Santoemma NS400BR-DUAL-HT or Santoemma Rotary Brush wand NS400 220V? I think this machine is awesome and would like to try it. I haven't been able to find it in the USA. Looks like a compact CRB but on steroids. If it's not in the USA why hasn't anyone done anything similar, I am willing to help.

The bearings have to be replaced regularly about every 6 months.

We’ve been using them in field for almost 5 years and never replaced the bearings. However the one we use in the rug spa we replace every year. That shows it’s a high level volume and moisture height content issue.
