If the printer can't display the preview image of the files you have to go at the creality slicer "printer settings" menu and at the " basic information" window you find the "Format of the G-code thumbnail". Then choose CR-PNG and that's it.

if you haven't tried 5.1, it is worth a try, lots of better improvements than 5.0. Also you can in Preferences tell it to always show Advance options.
@Scratch3DPrinting3 ай бұрын
Ohh yes I am going to give CP 5.1 a try and already read what they add to it and it seems nice.

It's really weird. If I do exactly the same thing as you for changing the nozzle temperature of the material, it works for me! I had another weird problem... I could send a print to my K1Max and it started printing. Then when it got to 29% the printhead slowed down gradually until it just stopped (still touching the print and at temperature). I could pause/resume and it would start printing but after a few seconds it would slow down and stop again. I had to stop the print. I tried slicing/printing again and the same thing happened. Then I tried slicing and sending to my Ender3 and exactly the same thing happened at 29%. Then I sliced in Orca (using more or less the same settings) and it printed perfectly. Maybe it's just best to stick with Orca slicer!

Wow that's really weird, first time I heard something like that. CP 5.0 is full of bugs, like you said it's better to just use orca slicer as of right now
@freiermann75 ай бұрын
The interface is crazy in this version. You have to change the temperature in the filament editing options. Just copy one of the existing filaments and edit it.
@Scratch3DPrinting5 ай бұрын
Yeah there are many options to go through just to get what you need with cp 5.0. But I gotten used to it now and it's ok.

I can't keep the nozzle fan off. I have tried various configurations but I always have the fan that fluctuates from 28 to 70%. One solution is to insert a high value of the initial layers to keep the fan always off, but by doing so on very small details a light blow is needed. What setting should I set?
@Scratch3DPrinting5 ай бұрын
I think there is a setting that puts the fan at a constant speed, it's in the filament setting under cooling.

Doesn't work on 4k monitors completely unusable for me none of their software works properly unfortunately I hope they fix that

wow that's crazy how it does not work with 4k monitor. Creality really does need to step up their game on their slicer.

utilizei o orca slicer e o creality print 5.0.2 e o fatiador da creality reduziu em duas horas de imopressão da peça, no orca slicer dava 15 horas e 55 minutos enquanto no creality print deu 13 horas e 30 minutos

Have you tried with the new Crelity Print beta 5.0.2? I have always managed to print by sending the files to my K1C. Now the files that I send on the Creality cloud I see the preview image of my file to print but I don't see them on the K1C display.
@bdmnet5 ай бұрын
I made a comparison of the gcode created with version 4 and version 5 of the same stl file and the gcodes are totally different.

The very annoying thing for me is not being able to see the print image that I send to the K1C printer, it happens via wifi, cloud and USB stick.

Wait, there's a beta version of creality Print 5.0.2 now? What is it at? Yeah not quite sure why some people don't see the image.

There is an option in the slicers settings you have to check. Something like cr-jpeg or cr-bmp ,sorry i don't remember exactly where is it because i am not home to have access my pc. I had the same issue but i managed to find it. Strange to be unchecked by default.

sorry for the question but how can I avoid doing the auto leveling every time I make a print? It's possibile?
@rotebeete12675 ай бұрын
It is. The command for autoleveling is somewhere hidden in your start G-code. If you dont wan't it, you can just remove it. I think it's the G29 command.
@Scratch3DPrinting5 ай бұрын
Don't be sorry, all questions are good questions. Like the other comment has said you need to edit your start_print gcode. I made a video about this you can watch it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipzNhYqGf9uEqsksi=jSTLwDX9tDwDXYdR

If possible to use .8 nozzle. How to apply addblock
@Scratch3DPrinting5 ай бұрын
I'll try and see if I can get a .8mm nozzle. You can add block in creality print by going to file at the top left and look for the option.

@Scratch3DPrinting5 ай бұрын
Not quite sure what "Flow" you are talking about, but if it's "Flow Ratio" then it's in the filament settings under "Base Information". Other flows are in the print settings, you can just use the search bar and find what ever you needed.
