Had this song on my mind all morning, because I was taking my elderly dog Angus to a new vet in a suburb of Birmingham, AL. This place was notorious for not having street signs almost 30 years ago when I moved to the country 40 miles north, & unfortunately, they haven't changed. Rosedale was one of the streets I was supposed to turn on, but, because of the rarity of street signs, I got turned around several times. Of course, I used to get lost in the downtown area of my Southern Appalachian hometown - population 10,000 - so I'm sure I was at fault as well. Because I kept getting lost trying to find Rosedale St., "Crossroads" started playing in my head, & I just had to hear it. I LOVE Cream & Clapton (saw Clapton in Birmingham around 1989 - great show).
