@christinekocher2585 Yeah Canada and USA it is corn starch. I don't know why the say corm flour. That could mess up a recipe real bad, because corn flour is available in grocery stores. Mostly used for making flat breads "mexican" etc...

Hi there - yes no problem Mix 5 tbsp - 1/3 cup of mix with 1 cup of boiling water and add to any recipe that calls for cream of soup. Add a swirl of cream (optional) serve - now there is going to be a couple of vids coming up very shortly - I love soup and I've eaten soup 4 days this week! hope that helps! Best, Rik

full list in the description - Ingredients: 1 cup instant dry milk powder 125g 5 tbsp - 1/3 cup cornstarch 2 tbsp -16g - 1/8 cup chicken bouillon granules - USE VEG powder for veggie type soup 2 tsp dry onion flakes / onion powder 1/4 tsp thyme 2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp pepper ½ tsp tarragon if you want to go French Combine all ingredients in a bag, jar, or any container and shake to combine. Mix 5 tbsp - 1/3 cup of mix with 1 cup of boiling water and add to any recipe that calls for cream of soup. Add a swirl of cream (optional) serve with crusty bread for a delicious meal . Best, Rik

Interesting dried freeze dried milk. Think I commented before the Germans did not like it ( even though the US provided it) Sausage makers used it as a filler. Took me 5y to try a white Brat I. Cincy. OH now I like them.
