⏩Ingredients for the mushroom cream:
500 to 600 gr of mushrooms.
1/2 Onion (1 Cup, you can mix with pore).
4 Garlic.
500 ml of vegetable broth, chicken or just water (2 1/4 cups).
400 ml or 1 cans of evaporated milk.
1 teaspoon of ground paprika.
2 tsp fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Soy sauce to taste.
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Oil.
20 gr of Butter (1 to 2 Tablespoons).
30 gr of cream cheese (2 to 3 tablespoons).
30 gr of grated cheese to melt (2 to 3 tablespoons).
the juice of 1/2 small lemon

1. Use the type of mushrooms that you like best or a combination.
2. If you don't want to use soy sauce, you can just use salt.
3. You can also use dry spices.
