Ingredients:
1 lb carrot
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Goya
1.5 tablespoons sugar
1 1⁄4 cups milk
Directions:
1. Peel and slice carrots.
2. Cook, covered, in a small amount of water over medium heat until tender. Drain.
3. In a medium size skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
4. 4 Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Goya, and sugar; cook for 1 minute.
5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and starts to boil.
6. Add the cooked carrots and stir to coat.
