Every time I tried to put on color on the rims and other in the middle, they got mixed up. I cannot get flowers to have even color outside and other even color on the inside of the flower. Is it in the volume of the cream?

Question- I can’t find the second Russian tulip piping tip anywhere. I looked on the US Amazon site, but the sets of Russian tips did not include this particular tip. Do you know where I might find it? Or if there is a different tip that would look similar or another tip that would work? Could you send me a picture of it? Russian tips are typically not numbered in the US ☹️. Thanks!
