The amazing Maisie and @coeursavagescotland have teamed up for us @theremakeryalloa to bring us this beautiful recipe with Winter Chanterelles foraged by @coeursavagescotland
Learn how to make the recipe along with Maisie, whilst aiding Climate Change and learning new skills!
Recipe:
1.prep mushrooms by washing and discarding and tough roots
2.slice garlic and lightly fry in butter and oil.
3.saute mushrooms with garlic and cook for around 10 minutes until decreased in size and some of the moisture that has came out of the mushrooms has evaporated.
4. Add cream and reduce by half on high heat.
5. Can be served on toast, with pasta, as a side dish.
