Here comes a good basic recipe for a creamy pasta with chicken and bacon.
Of course, you can leave out the bacon if you do not eat this.
You need for 2 servings:
300-400 grams of chicken (2 chicken files)
1-2 pcs Bacon (140-280 grams)
4 dl Creme fraiche, preferably 2 dl with chili and pepper
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Tandori spice
1 teaspoon dried basil
Do this:
Cut bacon into smaller pieces.
Fry the bacon crispy. Pour bacon and fat through a strainer to collect the fat.
Cut the chicken into wide strips. Pour over Tandori spice and mix around.
Fry the chicken in the bacon grease to give it a nice surface.
Pour over the fried chicken along with the fat through a strainer.
Put the chicken back in the frying pan and add the fried bacon.
Pour the crème fraiche into the frying pan with the chicken and bacon.
Peel the garlic and mash it, alternatively squeeze through a garlic press.
Add dried basil.
Stir and let it heat up.
Lower the heat to low / medium to keep warm.
Cook the spaghetti/pasta according to the instructions on the package. Turn off the water and mix the pasta with the sauce.
Serve!
