Jiggly , smooth and creamy CUSTARD PUDDING dessert incredibly easy to make.Top with tapioca pearls or your favorite fresh fruit. I enjoyed this dessert, it reminds me the classic leche flan dessert when eating it! This recipe uses simple ingredients that are probably already in the pantry and fridge!
Ingredients:
- 4 Egg yolks
- Condensed milk 70g
- Gelatin sheets 9g
- Milk 400ml
- Heavy cream 150ml

* TOO MUCH GELATIN ~ can ruin your custard pudding, it will turn firm and dense.
* TOO LITTLE GELATIN ~ IT WONT SET PROPERLY.
* How long does custard pudding stay good in the fridge?
- it will stay fresh for 2-3 days and keep covered with plastic wrap.
