Chilled cream 33% (200ml/4/5 cups).
Lemon dessert:
2 egg yolks.
Sugar (50g/1.7oz)
Vanilla tincture (1 tsp) or vanilla sugar (1 tsp).
Zest of 1 lemon.
Corn starch (20 g/1 tbsp)
Milk (500ml/2 cups).
Juice of 1 lemon.
Condensed milk (100g/3.5oz)
