You need to strengthen horizontals. What are your pressure settings on each horizontal circle?

Yes, they are it's just at the end when I put the fabric on

Got you. So when I put the fabric on I do it in 1/4ths. I freeze everything first then simulate. Then I use freeze (with pressure already set) from the top down.
