I just did a little test using Zapier. I don’t know if you’ve heard of it. It helps you connect online software that doesn’t normally connect. I use it a lot and I love it. In my test I discovered that you can create a “zap” (an automated process in Zapier) that will detect when a new user is created in your WordPress site. You can send that data to myriad different places, including Google Sheets. You can have a new GSheet row created for each new user and you can add into that row any and all the data you collect for the user when they register. That’s probably the easiest way to get the job done. Zapier offers a 14 day free trial as well. I hope that helps, let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching!

Hi, great and very helpful video. 1 Problem for me though, when I go to register one of my other e-mail addresses to test the registration, when I have everything all filled out and hit "Add User," I get an error message that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts." Hi Andreas, I don't know for sure if that's a setting the plugin. I'll have to check. But I'm 99.7% sure you can use Javascript to detect which membership they bought and then redirect them to a page specific to that membership. You'll have to Google the Javascript (JS) for now and you can use this tutorial to add the JS to your functions.php file: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKiZh3eFj76kqK8 I'll look into make a tutorial for what you're asking since it's pretty useful to have :)

Hi Darwin, did you add additional fields? If so, did it look normal before the additional fields were added? Most often the way to fix layout issues is with CSS. So that is likely what you'll need to use to solve your problem. If you do a bit googling you should be able to find what you need. The website Stack overflow is very helpful with many CSS issues. Just doing the 301 redirect in this video, I haven't implemented it yet because I've noticed when I have my coming soon or maintenance page up in elementor (I suspect seedprod etc will do the same) it's not going to allow me in if I do this? Is the best workaround to have a login form also on the coming soon or maintenance page, if I wish to use these with a redirect, to make sure I don't lock myself out of the site? Thanks

I always love your video. I have installed this plugin. Its working good. But whats about someone login or register, where it ll go or redirect to a custom page or custom dashboard. Also u have added login and register option in menu. Will login autimotically convert to logout while some one loged in and register button will disapear. For this i have used login logout menu plugin.

You get it from WordPress.org, you have to pay for your own website hosting and then you get free access to lots of things that you have to pay for on WordPress.com. I accidentally deleted the 3 pages the plugin created. How do I get them back? When I go to the place in the plugin where you click the button to create the 3 pages, it knows I already clicked that button, because now "View" those 3 pages is the button that's there. When you click view those pages, it takes me to my pages, where they're not listed. The website in question is a video website where people may purchase various videos. These people get an account on the website with a username and password, which they can use to login. Once they login, they have access to protected pages with private content which are unavailable to the public at large. The security concern The owners of the website wish to prevent a situation where a single person signs up on the website, obtains a username and password, and then circulates those credentials to a circle of friends who are then able to login to the website and illegally view the private content. My question is, is there a way to have social login/checkout only to certain parts of the website, say... someone is going to purchases a video and to checkout, they HAVE to use their social account to check out. My reason in thinking this is that no one will want to give out their personal information to others because it's personal. Any thoughts?

Wow! I did all this but my login and registration pages look terrible. Registration page, is bulleted! The fields on both registration and login are short (they do not extend the width of container). Text (such as password must be 8 characters) wraps from the end of the fields onto the next line. Really bad. Can you give me some suggestion on how to correct theses issues? I am using WordPress, Elementor, and Astra same as you. Your tutorial is great, just having issues.

OK! Fixed it. I went back into Profile Builder Settings and I put the check mark back into Load Profile Builder's own CSS file in the front end. That extended my fields to width of container, removed the bullets, and placed the text comments under the field boxes. Much better. Thank you again for your tutorial!

Hi Luca, In this example we don't build a true profile page for the user. By default WordPress does not have profile pages that can be viewed on the front end of the websites. To see the default profile information for your user go to Users in the WP Admin. Then find your user and click on "Edit". That will show you the profile of your user. No one else can see it except for you. You can create front-end user profiles that are viewable by anyone using a plugin like this one: wordpress.org/plugins/user-profile/ . There are many plugins that do the similar things. In my opinion, this plugin ( wordpress.org/plugins/user-profile/ ) does profiles better than the one in the tutorial, but the one in the tutorial has the login form and registration form functionality. What I'm trying to do is a custom profile with first picture on left, on the right 2 colums of details, name, age bio ecc. and below 3 extra pictures.
