I can't understand why that can happen. I can only advise you check that you are styling the right form, also delete other plugins to confirm there is no conflicting plugin, of the issue persist, you may want to confirm you don't have any cache plugin you have not purged. Finally deactivate and activate the plugin again.

It's not a must. Instead of using PayPal, once their bill has been calculated, you can use a text field to display an account number to transfer to with needed instruction like an email address to send proof of payment. You get it?

A transfer feature isn't an automated feature, while it's possible to have an automated transfer feature, there is non in the WordPress community right now. If you must use that, you will need a developer who can work with your bank, that is if your bank has a provision for that to track transfers through an API and then complete a transaction. It's most likely going to be a manual transaction to use the Transfer Method. If it's manual, then what I suggest earlier is still the solution. Display and account numbrr and instruction to complete the transaction, when you verify the payment, you can fulfill your orders.

This Plugin is not safe. When a subscriber completes the registration form it directs him to the Wp-Admin page. Which means anyone can destroy your website. What is the solution for that?

You are responsible for securing your website and also setting a URL you want people to visit after completing the form, the plugin has a functionality for that. You should have another plugin that restricts subscribers from accessing the WordPress admin area if you don't want them to, even if they do, subscribers don't have admin access to destroy your website, you over-exaggerated things there.
