for those confused all he did was add a solid white background in a separate layer from the face so he could blend the two separately. He made it seem way more complicated than that

Yeah all of it sounds easy until you have to do it by yourself I used to take notes in my photo shop class just to be able to do what the teach did 😅

Unfortunately it's clickbait. There are better tutorials out there. He created a clipping mask from the image, and put the other image in the mask. That's it. The first method he demonstrated had the literal same results.

If you don’t have photoshop and don’t have a „select subject“ button, the face is already very dark and the background very light. Some contrasting later, explore your program of choice for available options, invert the colors and you have a layer that can be used as a mask.

How fast can u be? 🤩
@marcuspvxea9 ай бұрын
Such a complicated way to do this when it would be faster to just change opacity, remove the excess lines., then add another layer and make it white, change the opacity lower and then remove the other half that should be displayed. Now you did the same thing in half the time

Hey Unmesh, I just bought adobe Photoshop and was trying to use generative fill feature but it's really really slow. I mean a small subject selection took about 6-7 minutes to generate and the other time it didn't even work. Do you have any solutions or is it directly related to my low end graphics card or internet?
