You would need to go to edit form and click on “tel” it will give you the shortcode in the form. You would need to create a label similar to the others label and keep the shortcode within that phone number label

@@SmartingGoods Thanks for that! I've got it working. There's another thing that I have noticed. The Signature boundary box works differently for all devices. It doesn't work well with responsive websites. On my desktop it works fine because the column is set to 700 but when I go on my phone to sign. I can sign outside the box and sometimes zooms out. Is there anyway to make this an auto function on all devices? Thanks I hope this made sense.

it's not free , you have to be a premium member to even download plugins...

Contact form is free and the signature addon is also free . Elementor is free you dont need pro to implement the code
