You're welcome. Depending on the keyboard, you may need to press, or press and hold, the Fn key as you press F4. Also, make sure your cursor is amongst the cell reference you want to insert the $.

This could have been dynamic without using macros... Like you can mention scores range in separate cells and give cell references instead of mentioning upper and lower levels in formula itself. And, There are 2 other methods apart from countifs. 1. you can use pivot table by grouping the range. 2. You can also use vlookup with true By the way... I am a big fan of yours... You are my excel guru.

Click and drag using the small square in the bottom right of the cell. Thd mouse cursor changes from a large white cross to a small black cross when its ready to drag.

If you're on a Windows machine, F$ will work but you may need to press the Fn key at the same time, or before to turn it on. It depends on the keyboard.

Sounds like formatting. You can change the number format to General or whatever is needed.

Sure. You would need to hardcode logical operators such as ">="&B4. Unless you write those symbols in the cell also.

It will still be the F4 key, but it sounds like you need to press the Fn key at the same time. The F4 key has dual purpose.

This method is tedious and works only for a limited no of data as you have to enter the range in the "countifs" function each time.Excel has an already in-built function for creating frequency distributions which is much easier

It certainly is now in the modern versions if you are referring to the FREQUENCY function Soudip. This video was shot in 2014 and FREQUENCY is an array function which was not nice back then.
