You guys are so inspirational and lovely; I was raised in an atheist household but always struggled with that and other beliefs. In September of last year I bought my first bible and since then have been reading on and off. Recently I found your videos and some of the things you said just answered some final questions I had. Just what I was looking for! I am new and starting to explore this faith and prayer has been tricky for me however I have been watching all the older prayer journal videos on this channel for guidance and help. I have been trying to pray in my own little way before sleeping and last night I asked for help in how to pray and gain confidence in doing so as well as trying to open my heart to God to rid me of my scepticism and as someone said to me "leaving the door ajar" for God. It seems this video has had really great timing! I will definitely check this pdf out thank you :)

Welcome into the Family, then ! I'm thankful for your existence, actually. I know God is going to help you along the way ( for He is the Way ), for He is faithful ! May God bless you :) For prayers, just keep it simple at the beginning, things like " Jesus I thank You for being with me", " Lord, please guide me and help me to hear your voice today", etc; God loves prayers that come from the deepest parts of our hearts. Use Scriptures if you really struggles; the book of Psalms has plenty of prayers we can reuse as Christians, those have helped me a lot. The book of John too.

Another tip for everyone if they want a different way to put the prayer journal together... I love putting printable journals like this together using the happy planner discs! There’s a way to put it together without buying the expensive disc punch. Just search YT “how to disc bind without disc punch” and some tutorials should pop up. Discs can be bought online! And with the disc system you can add pages as needed and it’s more like a spiral notebook than a binder! 😊💕

I actually think in some ways, it may be better, because as it's not spiral bound, I'm putting it in a ring binder, it means it can just grow and grow. Have you guys considered turning the pdf into a digital journal style so that instead of printing, people could use it on their tablets in a pdf markup app? You would be able to use tabs that are able to be linked to pages so that people can skip around to the section in the book that's needed. I implore you to look into this! I have the physical journal but I'm going to purchase the pdf to use digitally in this way. It will be easier to transport when not at home. I love the physical one and I'm sure I will also enjoy using it digitally as well.
