Thank you dear, Can you please tell me which version of octane do you use? I use 3.07, and I can't find (thin wall) option under common panel!

I think its only available since v4 and upwards

Thanks for the great tutorial! I don't have the 'thin wall' option in my specular material under common. Any ideas?

you have to update your octane render version. It can only use 2019.1 over.

hello, I have to do this at school in 3d Design classes. My hourglass looks good by now but it doesn't work when I want the 'sand' to move down and to stay in the glass. When I press play, these little spheres seems like they explode out of the hourglass. I'm desperate haha. I would be really grateful for help ^^ Keep up the good work. It's amazing

@@UnicutMedia Thank you for your prompt reply. That is quite possible. I'll take a look at the tutorial and hopefully it'll work out somehow. Thank you so much ^-^

@@amiaraven If you still are looking for the answer, go to project settings (ctrl + d) and in dynamics tab, increase steps per frame from maybe default 10 to 15. That will fix the problem.
