@Zineddine Well, not everyone can afford Maya or Zbrush. And the community support is unparalleled with Blender. If I were to pick up Maya tomorrow, I can be sure that the amount of user tutorials and online support is a fraction of that wich Blender has. Obviously Blender can't beat all these expensive industry standard tools, but it gets you really close, free of charge.

@Zineddinesame dont fool yourself also. others are getting good results and if you are stuck at your rig then definitely it is not software problem.blender is also used in industries you may not aware of it.if you are thinking blender sucks at rigging then go and watch spring,bigbuckbunny and other blender movies.

Couldn't you theoretically make a plane mesh, shaped like your body and view project the still frame texture into that instead? That way you could possibly also create some deformations like moving in the legs slightly or moving the arms a bit further upwards. Also, why no dust particles?

Thanks, what a great tutorial. I tried it on my granddaughter and now she can fly. Unfortunately her jump wasn't directly at the camera so she went a little sideways on her jump.

@@saranshmehrotra4024 Get the beta version on ther website, might work out? i tried to render a simulation here and it also crashes, even tho its the stable version, you could also downgrade a bit, go to 2.83 long suport version, is the one before 2.9, you can also find it in ther website. This especific tutorial can be followed in any version

This doesnt work the mask doesnt fit when compositing idk why... after masking the person out of the shot perfectly.. when compositing the mask doesnt match up in the viewer so I cant take a snap of the frame.. so there is no way this VFX tut helpful

The “superhero landing” is an actual thing, a three point landing using a foot, knee and hand. This is a landing by a super person, they could be a hero but I don’t like the look of them.
