In case someone hasn't mentioned this, the pattern of the yellow/black, white/red behind the train on the Steamers logo is actually the pattern of the Maryland state flag

I honestly loved Alabama and that Steamers logo. Instead of Alabama, I would go with Huntsville because it's the hockey capital of the South, but can you imagine... The Baltimore Steamers. Instant rivals... Washington Capital's Philadelphia Flyers Pittsburgh Penguins It's ECHL affiliated team... Norfolk Admirals Love the art. Love the concept. Just needs an arena. The O's and the Raven's might not like the idea of a third major sports team in the region, and because of it's high African American population, it might not be a draw... But if there were three markets I would love to see in the league... Baltimore, Huntsville, and Houston. I really hate the idea of a Seattle NHL hockey team.

But yeah, I am glad the Huston Aeros team actually won it. It's actually pretty clever since most sports teams don't really seem to see Purple as an appropriate team colour, it's actually kinda underrated to be honest.

The Houston Aeros was the best team idea by far. The reasoning behind the use of purple as the team color was genius. The 1st thing that jumped out at me about the plane logo was the H in the cockpit. I also loved a couple of the semifinalists. The Atlanta Peach Kings and the space cowboys. The space cowboys would have been better had it been named the Houston Space Cowboys. Houston's known for NASA and cowboy are uniquely texas. Really good contest overall.

My top 3: 1. Saskatchewan Whitetails - That third jersey is so beautiful, and the team colours look great! The logos are also really nice. 2. Regina Railers - This is probably my #1 main logo of the whole contest. The font is also super nice. Not really a fan of the alternate logo though. 3. Kansas City Jazz - That logo is really nice and looks great on the jersey.

at 27:10 , Stockholm Huskies, the away jerseys has Finlands flag and the alternate is the flag of Östergötland (Östergötland is kind of like a "state" in Sweden). I'm from Sweden so thats why i reacted to it. It is very well done other from that :D

Railers were very cool - the best logo was the double R's with the hockey sticks making train tracks Edit; the train was better. I was comparing them to the words, which were kinda unnecessary IMO

I'm really sorry that I didn't enter... I hope that you do another competition! My team would have been the Seattle Aviators. Origionly would be grey- blue (because that is the colour a pilot would wear) but I realized that it was too similar too vancouver. So instead I chose a brown- green army colour scheme... then I forgot to save it too my computer and... It it was GONE! Plz do another competition I loved this one!

If I was to make create a 🏒hockey 🏒 Hudson Valley N.Y. Hudson Valley Knights, I would use a White Jersey , Green Number on Back , a Green Knight logo, of Knight holding hockey stick , I will say us here up state New York is and has been growing we have Bethel Woods they have biggist and show , concerts we now have 50th anniversary of Woodstock, West Point , we have a Lego land coming up here in two years , walk across the Hudson bridge, so we are growing so let's have a hockey team up here

Ob Ra I don't think the Creator of the Areos logo was intending on copying anything. I think the logo references the state, pays homage the Areos of the AHL, and the from the looks of it, pays respect to the US Air Force, and the "H" is cleverly placed. I loved the logo and thought it was the most well thought out design in the competition.
