Great quick video, but what is presented is impractical and incomplete. as soon as you scroll text is jumbled with background and not visible. Consider a take two please of this to the point tutorial whereby the colour or background of the menu bar changes at a particular definable point such that this issue does not occur. Thank you for taking the time to make the video, this is just a suggestion as to how you could make it better. All the best.
